Data we process: what you enter in the demo form (business name, current website and WhatsApp number), what you give us if you write to us by WhatsApp or e-mail, and the technical data of the connection. We use it only to prepare the demo, send you the proposal and contact you, as you agree when sending the form or writing to us.

Who else sees it: requests reach us through Telegram; e-mail and working documents are in Google Workspace; WhatsApp conversations go through Meta and are answered by an agent that uses OpenAI models. If you accept the pixel, Meta receives data about your visit. Some of these providers process data outside Andorra. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone else.

Retention: until the demo is resolved and, if there is an order, for as long as the relationship lasts. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Cookies: the site sets no tracking cookies by default. The Meta pixel is activated only if you accept it in the banner. The cookies page explains it in detail.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability under Andorra's qualified law 29/2021 on personal data protection. Write to info@automatitza.ad. You can also complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency.
